So much has been said around the league, through fans and media, that young P.K. Subban was having a bad year. Some were blaming it on the ever popular excuse of the sophomore jinx, while others simply jumped to the occasion, based on the fact that they didn’t like him, to proclaim that he was highly overrated, that he was a disruption more than an asset for his team.
It happens quite often that I will disagree with the opinion of another writer, daily really. It’s only natural that as we share our different opinions and points of view, that disagreements will happen, so I don’t normally go out of my way to name those I disagree with. This time I have to.

There is no question that our perspective influences how we prioritize the qualities important to guiding a professional sports franchise. In my opinion, even if it goes against our personal beliefs, bilingualism is key and should be forefront in any list of general manager candidates that we put together for the Montreal Canadiens.
