I would like to introduce you to Montreal’s newest prospect acquisition, Michaël Bournival. I have the chance to see him play almost all of his games so I know what kind of player and person he is. The media always talks about Louis Leblanc but we haven’t heard much about Bournival. I’ll try to depict him the best I can so you have an idea of the player he is right now and what he can do for the Habs in the future.
It seemed everyone on Twitter was writing about their disappointment and embarrassment over the “meltdown” of Team Canada in the third period of the IIHF World Junior Championship in Buffalo. The coaching, goaltending and defensive coverage all got criticized.
I’m frustrated. It all began with the Gomez – Gionta (GioMez) line not performing.
Now I don’t know about you, but I’d say that’s a pretty solid start. Especially coming from someone with such pressure and expectations, to put that all aside and just perform to his potential we all know he has. And the fans certainly have approved.
